At Nura Rugs, we bring the soul of Moroccan craftsmanship directly to your doorstep. We ship worldwide from Morocco with trusted express carriers, fully tracked from our studio to your door.
Free Shipping & Customs
We are pleased to offer Free Worldwide Shipping with a seamless, "no-surprise" experience for our primary regions:
- USA, UK, EU & GCC: Free Shipping + All Duties and Taxes Included. The price you see is your final price.
- Australia & Canada: Free Shipping. Please note that local import duties or taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.
- Rest of World: Real-time shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
When Your Rug Ships
- Ready-to-Ship: dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Made-to-Order: hand-woven for you in 2–6 weeks, then dispatched. We send you photos of your finished rug before it ships.
Delivery Time After Dispatch
Once your rug is finished and leaves our hands, express delivery takes:
- USA & UK: 3–5 business days
- European Union: 3–5 business days
- GCC Countries: 3–7 business days
- Australia & Canada: 4–10 business days
- Rest of World: 5–12 business days
Example: a made-to-order rug going to the USA or UK typically arrives 3 to 7 weeks after you order: 2–6 weeks to make it, plus 3–5 business days in transit.
You will receive an automated email with your tracking information the moment your rug ships.
