At Nura Rugs, we bring the soul of Moroccan craftsmanship directly to your doorstep. We ship worldwide from Morocco using trusted express carriers: FedEx, UPS, and DHL.

Free Shipping & Customs

We are pleased to offer Free Worldwide Shipping with a seamless, "no-surprise" experience for our primary regions:

  • USA, UK, EU & GCC: Free Shipping + All Duties and Taxes Included. The price you see is your final price.
  • Australia & Canada: Free Shipping. Please note that local import duties or taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.
  • Rest of World: Real-time shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Processing & Production

Every rug is handled with care. Timing depends on whether your piece is ready-to-ship or uniquely crafted for you:

  • Ready-to-Ship: Handled and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Made-to-Order: Meticulously hand-woven in 2–6 weeks.

Cancellations

Made-to-order rugs are handmade specially for your order based on the selected size, design, and finish. These orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

After 24 hours, cancellation may no longer be possible because production planning, wool sourcing, dyeing, artisan scheduling, loom preparation, or hand-knotting may have already started.

Ready-to-ship rugs may be cancelled before they are shipped or handed to the carrier. Because some ready-to-ship orders may be dispatched the same day when placed early, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return according to our return policy. This does not affect your rights if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order leaves our hands, typical transit windows are:

  • USA & UK: 3–5 business days
  • European Union: 3–5 business days
  • GCC Countries: 3–7 business days
  • Australia & Canada: 4–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 5–12 business days

You will receive an automated email with your tracking information the moment your rug ships.
